Seafood Seasoning Recipe (Mild and Spicy)

Seafood Seasoning Recipe (Mild and Spicy)

Firm or Tender Fish

On firm fish such as Halibut, Swordfish, or any other fish steaks, sprinkle with your choice of Frutti di Mare Seasoning (Mild or Spicy) and grill as usual.

Or

Marinate with Frutti di Mare Seasoning (Mild or Spicy):
  • 2t seasoning,
  • ¼ cup olive oil,
  • 1 t Red wine vinegar (not balsamic)
  • 4 T water.
Marinate for 30 minutes. Grill or bake as usual or sauté with marinade.

Variations:

A wonderful liquid sauté preparation can make a mild fish exotically interesting. Add any one or more of the following to a liquid sauté:
  • 1-2 T Capers
  • 2-4 T Finely chopped yellow, red or green bell peppers
  • 2 T Finely chopped green onions
  • 1/8 cup white wine
  • 1 T chopped Parsley
